We manufacture Flame Proof Digital clocks suitable for Pharmaceutical Industries to install these Flame Proof Digital clocks at High Risk and Hazardous Areas. Digital clocks will be provided with Flame Proof enclosures.

The Flame Proof enclosures will be treated with Anti-corrosive and Flame Proof chemicals to withstand during fire or fire flames at the installed hazardous area.

Flame Proof Digital clocks are installed at Hazardous locations for the staff to view time and note time for their routine operations.

We provide SS 316 Grade Stainless steel body to the digital clocks and over and above that there will be a flame proof metal enclosure to protect the clocks in the event of Fire or flame fumigation at the installed area.

If the client wish to have Flame Proof Digital clocks with MS or Aluminium body, We can provide the fabrication of the clock with MS or Aluminium metal body as per the client requirement.

• Single side display. Wall mountable with holding clamps.

• This clock Flame Proof digital clock works with 220 Volts Electric power.
• Time is displayed as Hours : Minutes : Seconds. with 7 Segment LED display.
• The size of the display is 6 inches height LED digits.

This Flame Proof Digital clock is designed with double layer protection. You can see the body thickness. This Flame Proof Enclosure is specially designed for a mining industry and the clock was installed at 20 meters below the ground level inside the mining area to display time to the mine workers.

This clock has been provided with dual Layer protection. This clock will withstand any kind of eventuality and works in the highest hazardous condition. All necessary care has been taken to see that the clock is safe and will serve as time centre to the mine workers on duty inside the mines.
