Pillar Clocks

Pillar clocks are mostly installed at traffic Islands as a time display Pillars for commuters and travelers passing through the clock site.

Pillar Clocks also create a landmark for the locations. Pillar clock dials normally customized with the sponsors name and logo. In most of the places, pillar clocks are installed by Lions Clubs, Rotary clubs, Leo clubs and MNCs to establish their social activities towards human comforts.

Mostly the Pillar clocks are with closed dials and with dial back lighting to display time even during night times.

We manufacture Pillar clocks as per International standards. The Pillar for the Pillar clock can be made with wrought Iron or Cast Iron material to withstand all kinds of climate changes. Above the Wrought Iron / Cast Iron pillar we will fix the clocks as per the requirement of the client. We provide GPS connection to the pillar clocks so that the clocks will work with satellite connection and clocks will display perfect local time with satellite time signals.

The height of the pillar can be 10 feet and the clocks above the pillar can be either 3 feet diameter clocks or 4 feet diameter clock as per the site condition and the project requirement.

Pillar Clock Model No. 1

This Pillar clock has been installed by us for RAMCO group companies at Rajapalayam near Old Bus Stand. This pillar clock is designed to wok with AC Electric power as well as with Solar power. You can see the solar panel fixed on top of the Pillar clock. This is a 2 and half feet dia square clocks on the civil concrete pillar installed on a traffic island at Rajapalayam for Ramco Group. The clocks work with Solar power during day time and with solar charged battery back-up at night time. So there is no AC power requirement for this pillar clock. Lot of power is saved and so also electricity consumption is minimised to a great extent.

Pillar Clock Model No. 2

This pillar clock is installed by us for Veterinary College Alumni Association. The clock is installed at Chennai-Veperi at Madras Veterinary College premises in front of the Main Building.

This Pillar clock is 2 feet dia clocks on a 10 feet metal pillar. This clock is provided with dial back lights for night time visibility and works with 220 Volts AC Electric power. We have provided 24 hours battery back-up for the clock to work during power cut times. This pillar clock has been donated by the Alumini Association of Veterinary College as their memorable momento to the Veterinary College.

Pillar Clock Model No. 3

This Pillar clock is installed at TEHRI DAM at Uttarakhand State. The Pillar for the clock is made with MS sheet metal and painted with weather proof paint. This is just in-front of LORD Shiva temple near Tehri Dam. This Pillar clock is a Three side dial clock with clocks on three sides of the Metal Pillar. There is a Park developed by THDC India Ltd at the bank of River Bhagirathi. The clock is installed inside the Park.

Pillar Clock Model No. 4

This pillar clock is installed in West Bengal State at Balurghat Municipality. This is a 4 side dials clock with hourly bell system. The clock produces bells at every Hour and it is installed at a Traffic Island by the Balurghat municipal Authorities. This clock works with 220 Volts AC electric power and we have provided with battery back-up for 24 hours to work during power cut times. The Pillar for the clock is made with a civil structure and above the civil structure we have installed four side clocks with hourly bells system.

Pillar Clock Model No. 5

This Pillar clock is installed at VV College of Engineering at Keeraikaranthattu village near Thesayanvilai in south INDIA. The pillar for the clock is made with square granite structure and there is a four side clock is installed above the concrete pillar. There is a Weather vane provided with a arrow marks to indicate the wind direction at that area. The clock is designed to work with 220 Volts AC electric power and there is a battery back-up for 24 hours has been provided for the clock.

Pillar Clock Model No. 6

This Pillar clock is designed and installed by us for INFOSYS LTD at their Campus at Electronic City in Bangalore. This is a Two side clock Pillar clock. The pillar for the clock is a cast Iron Pillar and the clock with two faces are fixed above the Cast Iron Pillar. This pillar clock works with 220 Volts AC Electric Power and we have also provided battery back-up for the tower clock to work for 24 hours during power cut times. The clock dial is 2 feet diameter round clock with dial back light for night time visibility.
